Delivery and Returns

Please note:

We use a next day delivery service, however in rare occasions shipments can take longer to arrive. As such we cannot guarantee next day delivery due to reliance on 3rd party couriers and factors out of our control. 99% of all orders do arrive next day.

We use a number of courier services depending on the items ordered. Accordingly orders may be delivered by more than one courier at different times. Once you place your order you will receive shipment tracking info via email and/or sms.

GENERAL DELIVERY

FREE Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 made before 2pm Mon – Thurs.

Orders received by 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Saturday delivery for van racking units only is available for an additional £10. Please call us on 01423 647482 to organise a Saturday delivery. We can also take you order over the phone.

Orders received over the weekend will be shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Flooring & Lining Kits

These items are made to order and usually dispatched in 3-5 working days.

Delivery Times

Items are delivered between 8am and 6pm. A signature is required for delivery – so someone has to be in on the delivery day. The delivery can be left in a save place by prior arrangement.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30 day return policy. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Please provide your name, order number, address and a contact email with your return. Refunds we will be processed immediately on receipt of returned goods.

If your product is faulty please contact us within 30 days to arrange a replacement or refund. Returns beyond this period are at our discretion.
