Vauxhall Vivaro Van Racking Shelving Systems

We manufacture modular van racking systems for Vauxhall Vivaro vans. We have one of the widest selections available, in stock ready for next day delivery.

The Vivaro has stood the test of time due to it’s reliability and performance having been around since 2001. There are three generations of Vauxhall Vivaro vans:

• 1st Generation:  Produced between 2001 and 2014
• 2nd Generation: Produced between 2014 and 2018
• 3rd Generation: (Current) Produced from 2019

Each generation has a different shape, requiring different van rack profiles to fit the contours of the van sides. Each generation is available in two lengths, L1 (SWB) and L2 (LWB).

VANIFY modular van racks are designed specifically for each model length . The shelving units are profiled to fit the contours of the van sides ensuring a perfect fit and that they maximise the vertical storage space along the van walls. LWB shelving are longer than SWB shelving.  Festool and toolbox van racking are designed to fit both van wheelbases. and  SWB shelving will fit a LWB Vivaro but stop a little short of the bulkhead.

Modular shelving units ensure that you can have as little or as much storage capacity as you need. This system gives you the flexibility to upgrade as required in the future.

Our van racks fit 4 different “zones” in a Vivaro van. That is:

• Driver side front (OS Front)
• Driver side rear (OS Rear)
• Passenger side rear (NS Rear)
• Bulkhead

Van racks can be purchased individually or combined to create Extra Large and XXL storage solutions.  The diagrams below illustrate the van racking sizes and positions for SWB and LWB Vauxhall Vivaro vans.
