We manufacture modular van racking systems for Vauxhall Vivaro vans. We have one of the widest selections available, in stock ready for next day delivery.

The Vivaro has stood the test of time due to it’s reliability and performance having been around since 2001. There are three generations of Vauxhall Vivaro vans:

Each generation has a different shape, requiring different van rack profiles to fit the contours of the van sides. Each generation is available in two lengths, L1 (SWB) and L2 (LWB).

VANIFY modular van racks are designed specifically for each model length . The shelving units are profiled to fit the contours of the van sides ensuring a perfect fit and that they maximise the vertical storage space along the van walls. LWB shelving are longer than SWB shelving.  Festool and toolbox van racking are designed to fit both van wheelbases. and  SWB shelving will fit a LWB Vivaro but stop a little short of the bulkhead.

Modular shelving units ensure that you can have as little or as much storage capacity as you need. This system gives you the flexibility to upgrade as required in the future.

Our van racks fit 4 different “zones” in a Vivaro van. That is:

  • Driver side front (OS Front)
  • Driver side rear (OS Rear)
  • Passenger side rear (NS Rear)
  • Bulkhead

Van racks can be purchased individually or combined to create Extra Large and XXL storage solutions.  The diagrams below illustrate the van racking sizes and positions for SWB and LWB Vauxhall Vivaro vans.

Multiple Shelving Configurations

Multiple shelving options provide storage solutions for a variety of uses. With functionality in mind standard (compartment) shelves are divided into multiple individual storage compartments to facilitate the organisation of tools, equipment and supplies. Angled shelves are designed to store toolboxes and larger equipment. Festool van racks are designed to safely store and transport Festool Systainer containers.

Modular Van Racking Systems

Modular units can be combined to provide the exact configuration that best suits your needs. Our  most popular van rack for the Vauxhall Vivaro van is a double unit system for the full driver side of the vehicle. Comprising of an angled toolbox storage unit and a standard unit.

A complete XXL van racking system for the Vauxhall Vivaro would be 3 units, 2 for the full driver side and 1 for the passenger side (to the rear of the side door).

If you require a custom configuration for your van please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Van Accessorize and Racking Shelf Unit

Hard Wearing & Durable

Our Vauxhall Vivaro van racking and shelving units are built tough. Designed withstand heavy duty daily usage. Perfect for  tradesmen that need a functional robust shelving system they can rely on.

Traditional mortice and tenon joints with precisely engineered interlocking shelves, ensure van racks withstand bumps, bounces and vehicle vibrations.

Our customers know quality construction and materials matter which is why we only use 12mm hardwood FSC certified Poplar plywood.  This makes them not only lightweight but incredibly durable.

Environmentally Friendly

The wood we use is sourced from sustainably managed Northern European forests. Poplar species are relatively fast growing and support a myriad of varied wildlife, and where managed as a sustainable forest resource, do not impinge on the natural biodiversity.
