VAN SHELF ASSEMBLY
Due to variations in van lining a small amount of trimming maybe required to the end panels.
Van Shelf Assembly Instructions
Assemble Individual Shelves
Assemble Individual Shelves
For standard compartment shelves (A): insert shelf dividers into the shelf base. The tenons on the dividers will insert into the mortices on the base. Next attach the shelf front and rear pieces. At each stage apply glue to the surfaces that are being joined. Repeat for each shelf.
For angled toolbox shelves (B): line up the mortice and tenon joint of the two pieces and slot together. Apply glue to the joining surfaces. Repeat for each shelf.

Identify Side Panels
Identify Side Panels
IMPORTANT: Each side panel will have one, two or three dots. The panel with the lowest number of dots goes closest to the front of the van.
For example: Panel A has 2 dots, Panel B has 3 dots. Panel A is the side panel that is closest to the front of the van. Panel B is closest to the rear of the vehicle.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE FIT THE SHELVES INTO THE SIDE PANELS WITHOUT GLUE UNTIL YOU HAVE TESTED THE FIT IN YOUR VAN.

Line up the tenons of the assembled shelves with the mortices in one of the shelf sides and slot into place. Repeat with the second side. Glue all of the joining surfaces. A rubber mallet will help endure that the tenons are fully bedded into their corresponding mortice.
