Rhino’s PipeTube has been the product of choice for electricians, plumbers and other van users for 15 years, and the best just got better. The brand new PipeTube Pro features a PVC lining, an upgraded integral lock and a rubber seal to prevent water entering the tube. The perfect way to store copper pipe, plastic conduit or any other lengthy materials.
In addition, the PipeTube Pro retains all the features that made it the product of choice for professionals, such as a market leading carry capacity, twin openings and full professional crash testing and safety accreditation.

New PVC Lining
The new PipeTube Pro is available with or without PVC lining. The lining helps to prevent a galvanic reaction between copper pipe and the raw aluminium (the uncoated aluminium inside of the tube).
If there is a galvanic reaction, a build up of residue can leave green marking or discolouration on the items stored inside. The PVC lining provides a barrier and prevents the reaction – protecting your plastic conduit or copper pipes.
Rubber O-Ring Seal
The PipeTube Pro’s rubber O-ring seal is located within the end of the connecting sleeve, creating a tight seal when the nose cone is closed – helping to prevent water ingress.
The O-ring seal and PVC lining greatly reduce the oxidation process within the tube. Previously, water ingress could have led to a chemical reaction with the aluminium over time, leaving a residue in the tube.
Integral Locking System
The new nose cone and connecting sleeve have been redesigned so that the lock is housed inside the tube. Where the old PipeTube’s lock sat below the tube, the new design makes the lock harder to get to and provides a more seamless look and feel.
Powder coated paint finish
The striking new powder coated paint finish on the PipeTube Pro has been designed to work with all van colours.
Stronger bulkhead
The new nose cone and sleeve design for the PipeTube Pro incorporates a stronger adjoining hinge, located on top of the system. The new stronger bulkhead has been independently crash tested at Millbrook Proving Ground.
Standard Fitting Bracket
The PipeTube Pro comes with our standard fitting bracket that is compatible with all Rhino roof bars/racks and roof storage systems from other manufacturers*.
Every PipeTube Pro is supplied with a set of spacers that are slotted into the bracket in a specific position to suit our AluminiumRack, ModularRack, DeltaBar and KammBar products respectively.
Please note that the system will also need to have the requisite number of cross bars.
*The PipeTube Pro can also be used on any other roof bar or roof rack system that fits within the bar profile dimensions of 60mm x 45mm.
